Returns Policy
At Harlem & Harlow, quality isn’t just a standard—it’s the foundation of everything we create. Every garment is designed with purpose, premium materials and meticulous craftsmanship to deliver elevated streetwear built to last. Should you need to make a return, please review our policy below.
Returns
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
● Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
● Have all original tags attached.
● Be returned in its original packaging.
● Be free from marks, stains, odours, pet hair or any signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Eligible returns will be issued as either:
● Store Credit; or
● A size exchange (subject to stock availability).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
For exchanges, customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
We recommend using a tracked postage service, as Harlem & Harlow cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Sale & Promotional Items
All sale, promotional and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
● Your order number
● A description of the issue
● Clear photographs of the item
Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item has a major fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
