Shipping & Delivery

At Harlem & Harlow, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are general delivery timeframes for Australia Post services across Australia, including Sydney and surrounding areas as well as all other states.

 

Processing Times

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

During new collection launches, promotional events and peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Standard Post

Standard delivery typically takes:

  • 2–6 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within Australia.
  •  For metro areas like Sydney and surrounds, delivery is usually within 2–4 business days.
  • For all other states and regional areas, delivery is generally within 3–6 business days.

Express Post

Express delivery typically takes:
  • 1–3 business days from dispatch.
  • For Sydney metro and nearby regions, delivery is often within 1–2 business days.
  • For other states, delivery is typically within 2–3 business days, depending on location.
